Nivaro Law advised Rubicon Partners on the international legal due diligence workstream in connection with its acquisition of FLSmidth’s Air Pollution Control business — a Copenhagen-based provider of electrostatic precipitators and pollution control systems to the pulp & paper, metals, and cement sectors, subsequently renamed Airnord, completed in December 2025.
